Your Role: Business Development Manager
As a key member of the team, you'll report to the Sales Manager and drive sales across NSW. This pivotal role involves identifying and securing new business opportunities within home builders. You'll thrive on delivering exceptional results through client relationships, professional representation, precise project pricing, and ongoing customer management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales growth by identifying and maximizing product opportunities.
- Meet or exceed sales margins by maintaining premium pricing and controlling sales costs.
- Champion reseller channels as the primary supply network for NSW clients.
- Collaborate across teams to align with strategic goals for pricing, business, and brand positioning.
- Leverage company tools like catalogues, the website, Momentum-Pro ERP, and the sales pipeline system to deliver a seamless customer experience.
What You Bring:
- A minimum of 3 years’ sales experience.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Bonus: Experience in the kitchen and bathroom industry is highly regarded.
