About the Role
We’re looking for a Business Development Manager to originate new business through direct and third-party channels. You’ll focus on property-secured or limited recourse business lending over $10m, leveraging your commercial lending expertise to attract and secure high-value clients.
- Develop new business opportunities across a range of industries.
- Build strong relationships with external partners, including finance brokers and industry professionals.
- Structure complex lending deals and provide tailored financial solutions.
- Drive customer acquisition through networking and market insights.
Experienced required
- Min. 3-5 years of experience in commercial lending with strong credit skills.
- A proven track record in business development and client acquisition.
- Expertise in debt and working capital products, financial markets, and transactional banking.
- A well-established network of referral sources and brokers (ideally in the $10m + space).
