About the Role
Reporting to the Senior Business Development Manager, the successful candidate will play a key role in pitching for new business, enhancing the firm’s market profile, and supporting strategic BD initiatives. This position offers exposure to high-profile transactions, directory submissions, and key client engagement strategies within a leading legal environment.
Key Responsibilities
🔹 Tenders & Capability Statements – Assist in preparing high-quality tenders, capability statements, and managing renewal timelines.
🔹 Directory & Award Submissions – Support the development of submissions, coordinating key practice information and partner interviews.
🔹 Marketing & Communications – Maintain marketing collateral, draft press releases, and contribute to thought leadership initiatives.
🔹 Deal & Transaction Management – Keep the deals database updated and support media and publicity efforts for key transactions.
🔹 Events & Sponsorships – Assist in planning and executing client events, sponsorships, and webinars.
🔹 CRM & Data Management – Ensure mailing lists, client alerts, and marketing content are accurate and up to date.
Ideal Candidate
✔ 1–4 years of experience in business development, marketing, or a similar role, ideally within professional services.
✔ Strong written and verbal communication skills, with exceptional attention to detail.
✔ Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
✔ Knowledge of marketing principles, tenders, and client engagement strategies.
✔ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
✔ A proactive, team-oriented approach with the ability to work independently.
