Randstad Digital is currently working with a large government owned corporation in Queensland to find a Business Data Support Analyst to join their team for a 4 month contract. This position is responsible for being the middle man between the Data & Performance team and the wider business. This role is based in Fortitude Valley, with a hybrid working arrangement of 2-3 days in the office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for all incoming support and new requests into the Data & Performance Team.
- Manage and respond to 1st level service report inquiries.
- Review, assess, and triage requests, determining the appropriate course of action or escalation.
- Assign requests to relevant team members based on expertise and availability.
- Facilitate communication between internal teams raising requests and the appropriate members of the Data & Performance Team.
- Provide timely and accurate updates to stakeholders regarding the status of requests and resolution progress.
- Ensure seamless workflow between cross-functional teams, supporting collaboration and alignment.
- Monitor and track request resolutions to ensure effective and efficient outcomes.
- Maintain and update the service request tracking system to ensure accurate records of interactions and resolutions.
Necessary Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively manage internal and external stakeholder relationships.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to assess and triage incoming requests.
- Strong organisational and time-management abilities to handle multiple requests concurrently.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records of requests and resolutions.
- Ability to work collaboratively and build relationships across teams.
- Proficiency in using support ticketing systems and tracking software.
- Basic understanding of data and performance-related concepts, preferably in a team-oriented or technical environment.
