Conduct thorough analysis of HCM/payroll processes, systems, and data flows.
Gather and document detailed business requirements from stakeholders across various departments.
Ensure the effective translation of business requirements to technology requirements in the form of user stories (functional and non-functional)
Facilitating workshops, conducting one on one interviews, process mapping and utilising other methods including developing User Stories, and likely working to Agile sprint cycles.
Liaise with vendor and delivery team to ensure alignment between technical and functional specifications
Develop comprehensive business process documentation
