Randstad Digital is working with one of Queensland Government’s largest departments to find a Business Analyst for an 8 month contract. This is working across the Medical Dictation and Transcription solution across multiple facilities, ensuring the business process, client requirements, and testing align with project objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyse, design, and document business processes and system requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Develop clear functional specifications, business process models, and test scripts that meet business requirements and system expectations.
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders, including clinical, non-clinical, and technical teams, to drive the successful adoption of solutions and manage stakeholder expectations.
- Foster multidisciplinary collaboration to ensure the effective delivery of quality services and governance.
- Design and document test scripts that ensure solutions meet the business requirements and produce detailed scoping and design documentation for development teams.
- Conduct investigations, provide business-relevant advice, and solve complex issues in a timely manner.
- Adhere to service quality standards, occupational health and safety policies, and ensure high-quality, safe service delivery.
Necessary Skills:
- Proven experience in business analysis for at least one complex ICT project, preferably in healthcare or a related environment.
- Strong knowledge of business analysis frameworks, such as those outlined in the Business Analysis Body of Knowledge (BABOK).
- Healthcare Knowledge: Experience with healthcare systems or relevant training/qualifications (e.g., CBAP, CCBA, PRINCE2) will be highly regarded.
- Familiarity with the ieMR system will be highly regarded.
