Role - Business Analyst (RPA)
Location - Melbourne CBD/South-East
Hybrid environment - 4 days WFH/1 day Office
Summary:
- This role is responsible for leading the capture of requirements/opportunities from the business, and translation into actionable work by the Automation development team for a diverse set of projects across the client and it's brands.

...- Conduct discovery workshops with the business to understand their needs, and document in a way that will
- facilitate prioritisation of their requests versus other projects
- Capture and document business requirements via workshops, meetings and other interactions with key
- business stakeholders
- In conjunction with input from the development team, lead the crafting of functional designs that can both be
- understood by the business and actioned by the development team
- Facilitate business testing by providing test scripts, functional support, and being the conduit to capture
- issues for resolution by the development team
- Lead the interaction with and training of super-users across the business, and interface with the learning and
- development team for relevant training materials
- Experience deconstructing journey mapping to extract automation opportunities
- Be capable of planning and executing small projects by adhering to the company PMO/Change Management
- process
- Drive the execution of Cost/Benefit Analysis for opportunities/requirements
- Be proactive in identifying areas of process/technology improvement/innovation
- Interact with and direct vendor and internal development resources to achieve project delivery timeframes and
- quality
About you:
You will have 3+ years as a Business Analyst with proven experience in identifying gaps/opportunities for implementing automated solutions via development teams. Experience with Power Automate is strongly desired as well as any and all knowledge of Generative AI, Chatbot technology & OCR technology. This client strongly utilises the Microsoft suite so in-depth understanding of these services are preferred.
