Business Analyst / SME – Time & Attendance Payroll Rollout
Contract until June 2025, with possible extensions
Contract opportunity for a Business Analyst with experience in Time & Attendance and payroll rollouts to drive the successful deployment of the system into the business. This role requires someone who can manage complexities in an active implementation phase, and ensure smooth adoption.
What You Will Do:
- Serve as the domain expert in time and attendance and payroll processes, ensuring alignment with business needs.
- Lead requirements gathering and validate that solutions meet operational and compliance standards.
- Translate business needs into functional requirements and process documentation.
- Support end-to-end testing (SIT & UAT), ensuring all business requirements are validated and met.
- Review vendor-supplied business and functional documentation and finalise for operational handover.
- Provide guidance on business operations, workflows, and process improvements.
- Act as a bridge between business teams and technical teams, ensuring smooth rollout and adoption.
- Lead and support change management efforts.
What You Need to Apply for This Role:
- Experience in Time & Attendance and Payroll implementations, with hands-on experience in enterprise solutions.
- Strong business analysis skills, including requirements management, process mapping, and stakeholder engagement.
- Experience in system testing, UAT, and business validation to ensure successful deployment.
- Ability to assess business impact, operational challenges, and change adoption strategies.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
