Business Analyst – Hybrid Role delivering Adobe Analytics
Location: Melbourne, Australia
Work Arrangement: Hybrid (2 days in-office, Tuesdays and Thursdays)
Contract Duration: 12 months, with potential for extension
We are seeking a highly skilled and self-motivated Business Analyst to join our client's fast-paced and outcome-focused team. This is a hybrid role with a strong emphasis on Adobe Analytics expertise. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Adobe functional searches, data sets, and tool setup. A technical background is highly advantageous.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the setup and functional use of Adobe Analytics, managing data sets and providing actionable insights.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders across multiple departments, ensuring clear communication and effective requirement shaping.
- Work directly with the engineering team to define and refine requirements, driving project success.
- Play a pivotal role in delivering tight project timelines, especially for white-label clients in the banking sector.
- Likely to progress into a Product Owner role after initial 12 month contract
What We’re Looking For:
- Demonstrated ability to set up and optimise Adobe Analytics tools. A technical background is preferred.
- Able to thrive in a busy environment with minimal supervision, focusing on outcomes rather than processes.
- While not mandatory, experience in the banking sector is beneficial.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to work closely with partners to deliver solutions for key clients.
- Expertise in digital analytics and the ability to support the engineering teams working on white-label customer journeys.
