About the Role
Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Manager/Brand Manager to join their team on a part-time contract (4 days per week) basis for approximately 6 months. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of a dynamic and growing company that is passionate about improving oral health worldwide.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns to support the launch of new products and services.
- Manage the day-to-day activities of marketing campaigns, including creative development, media planning, budget management, and performance tracking.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including agencies, media partners, and influencers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and clinical affairs, to ensure successful product launches and marketing initiatives.
- Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, analyzing key metrics and identifying areas for improvement.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in marketing or brand management, with a strong focus on FMCG
- Experience in the oral health care industry is preferred
- Proven ability to develop and execute successful marketing campaigns
- Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing analytics tools
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Experience in digital marketing, including social media, search engine marketing (SEM), and content marketing
- Experience in working with clinical teams and healthcare professionals
- Experience in managing budgets and resources effectively
- Passion for oral health and a desire to make a positive impact on people's lives
