Are you an experienced Boilermaker/Welder with a passion for precision and quality? Our engineering client, based in Mulgrave, NSW, is seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to join their team. This role offers the opportunity to work on both workshop and site-based installations, primarily focusing on light to medium structural metal fabrication works.

Key Responsibilities:

• Fabrication of stainless steel components, including handrails, stairs, and other structural elements
• MIG and TIG welding of metal components to meet industry standards
• Reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints
• Conducting repairs and maintenance on site as required
• Ensuring quality control and safety standards are met
• Opportunity to work with bronze on select projects (preferred experience but not essential)

Skills and Experience:

• Proven experience in light to medium structural metal fabrication
• Proficient in MIG and TIG welding techniques
• Experience working with stainless steel and an understanding of its properties
• Experience with bronze welding is highly desirable
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• A positive attitude and commitment to safety in the workplace
