About the Role
We’re seeking a skilled and motivated Electrical BIM Modeler to join our in-house design team. You’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality BIM models and documentation across a range of commercial and infrastructure projects, including healthcare, education, defence, data centers, and high-rise developments.
Key Responsibilities
Create and maintain detailed 3D electrical models using Revit and other BIM software
Coordinate BIM models with internal design teams and external consultants (architectural, structural, mechanical, etc.)
Generate accurate electrical documentation including layouts, schematics, and schedules
Ensure all models meet project-specific BIM requirements and company standards
Support the design and construction teams by providing clear, coordinated outputs
What You’ll Bring
1+ years of experience in BIM modeling within the building services/electrical industry
Strong skills in Revit MEP, AutoCAD, and Navisworks (Clash detection experience a plus)
Understanding of electrical systems in commercial and industrial buildings
Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple project deadlines
Strong communication and team collaboration skills
