About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage end-to-end bid and tender submissions, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
• Write and edit persuasive, client-focused content that highlights the company’s capabilities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to gather project information and ensure alignment with client objectives.
• Maintain and update a library of proposal materials, templates, and case studies.
• Conduct research to tailor submissions to client and project-specific needs.
• Review and respond to tender documents, ensuring compliance with requirements.

About You

• Proven experience as a Bid Writer, ideally within the construction or fit-out industry.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work under pressure.
• Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Knowledge of construction industry terminology and processes is a plus.
