We are looking for a committed Before and After School Care Coordinator for an immediate start! This is an exciting opportunity for someone with experience in similar roles or someone looking to step up into a leadership position while managing a growing service.
About the Role:
Working in this beautiful OSHC program, you will be working alongside a fantastic leadership team and experienced educators who are passionate about creating an enriching space for the children to thrive. Within this role, you will be responsible for the daily operations of the program, managing workforce planning, programming, guiding and mentoring educators to deliver high quality care. The OSHC program is focused on continuing their strong community connection, so you will also be working with the School, Parents and P&C to foster strong relationships.
... Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the Before and After School Care program
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, policies, and procedures
- Supervise, lead, and support a team of educators, fostering a positive and collaborative workplace culture
- Oversee development, implement, and review engaging programs for children
- Liaise regularly with the school, P&C committee, and parents to ensure ongoing communication and feedback
- Take responsibility for the business management aspects of the service
- Maintain a safe and nurturing environment for children, staff, and families
- Ensure all documentation, reports, and records are completed accurately and in a timely manner
About You:
- Experience in a similar role, or a desire to step into a leadership role.
- Proven ability to manage a large service
- Dependable – Reliable and committed to delivering consistent, high-quality care.
- Proactive – Shows initiative and can work independently when required.
- A Problem Solver – Able to think quickly and find solutions to daily challenges.
