About the Role
As a Consultant specialising in Azure Networking and Express Route, you will collaborate within a multi-disciplinary team to design, implement, and optimise network solutions within Azure cloud environments. Your expertise will help ensure seamless integration and robust network performance aligned with government standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Review client requirements, existing configurations, accounts, and policies to identify improvement opportunities.
- Design and implement Azure networking services, ensuring integration with existing systems and adherence to security and operational standards.
- Configure and manage Azure Networking components, including:
- Express Route
- Virtual WAN
- Virtual Hub
- Gateways
- Network Virtual Appliances
- Provide guidance on best practices for managing and scaling Azure cloud networks.
Skills & Experience Required
- 5+ years of experience in Azure Networking, cloud infrastructure, and related technologies.
- Demonstrated expertise in configuring and managing Azure Networking components such as Express Route and Virtual WAN.
- Strong understanding of cloud integration, network performance optimisation, and secure network architectures.
- Relevant certifications in Azure Networking, cloud technologies, or equivalent.
- Experience working on projects in government environments is highly desirable.
Clearance Requirement
- Minimum NV1 security clearance is required for this role.
