Randstad is currently recruiting for a nationally recognised leader in the automotive service industry. Known for their commitment to quality and customer satisfaction, they are expanding their team and looking for passionate and skilled individuals to join their workshop in Western Sydney.

We are hiring for a dynamic role that could suit Auto Technicians, Auto Electricians, or Auto Electrical Trade Assistants. If you’re looking for an exciting opportunity in a stable and rewarding environment, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Work on a variety of electrical and mechanical components in vehicles, ensuring proper functionality
• Maintain a high standard of workmanship while following safety guidelines and procedures
• Install Electronics, data and communication fitments
• Help with routine maintenance and service tasks to ensure customer vehicles are running optimally
• Keep accurate records of work performed and communicate effectively with the team and customers
• Installation of Genuine and aftermarket electronics and accessory fitment
• Installation on commercial vehicle fit outs
• Accessory fitment including bull bars, tow bars and side steps

Requirements:

• Auto Electrical or Auto Mechanical trade qualification (Cert III in Automotive Electrical or relevant equivalent) - Overseas qualifications accepted
• Experience working as an Auto Electrician, Auto Technician, or Auto Electrical Trade Assistant is highly desirable
• Strong understanding of automotive electrical systems and diagnostic equipment
• Previous experience working on a wide range of vehicles (cars/trucks)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
