Our Wayville, SA team has an exciting opportunity for an Associate Recruitment Consultant to join us!
Your new role:
You will join our Professionals Procurement team led by our Manager Rachel Homer who has a wealth of knowledge. You'll hit the ground running and match highly skilled professionals with temporary & permanent opportunities in the procurement space. Your day to day will consist of:
- Working alongside the consultants to understand job requirements
- Strategically sourcing active and passive talent
- Talent pooling - seek searches, Linkedin projects, networking events, industry referrals
- Candidate management, you'll be the first point of contact for our procurement candidates
- Working with established clients to understand their recruitment needs
What do you need to secure this position?
- Experience in recruitment, preferably recruiting in professional services
- You are resilient and not afraid to make the first move to engage with people
- Strong team player, but also independent and knows how to think outside the box
