What You’ll Be Doing:
- Conduct routine, entry, and exit inspections
- Coordinate and manage property viewings
- Assist with maintenance requests and inquiries
- Respond to tenant communications promptly and professionally
- Keep accurate records and reports for the property portfolio
- Work closely with the Senior Property Manager to support the overall management of properties
What Our Client is Looking For:
- *Must Have* - current QLD Real Estate registration/license
- Previous experience in property management
- Excellent communication skills – liaising with property owners, tenants, and contractors
- Ability to multitask and prioritise with a calm, problem-solving mindset
- High level of discretion and confidentiality
- Team player with a positive, can-do attitude and a great sense of humour
