• Scoping and managing a range of projects including Relocations, Redevelopment sites, and Modifications.
• Day to Day management of projects including continual Work In Progress Inspections, performance measuring against established standards and contractor engagement
• Proactive approach to large scale vacant redevelopment sites, monitoring potential risks, using mitigation techniques when required

About the ideal candidate:

You will have worked in a similar role, and ideally have the following:

• Strong stakeholder management and be able to work to tight deadlines
• Proven building/maintenance experience or exposure, along with experience in contract administration, including the preparation of scopes
• Familiarity with contract requirements, standards and policies
