About You

• You will hold a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or an ACECQA approved equivalent qualification
• An understanding of both the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
• Management experience
• Experience in meeting safety and compliance requirements
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• A current Working with Children’s Check
• First Aid certificate

The Role

• Lead a team of educators to create a positive environment
• Dedicated centre manager to help alongside you
• To be responsible in the daily management and administration of the service
• Have a thorough knowledge of the National Quality Framework (NQF) and Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
• Mentoring and guiding the service philosophy
• Demonstrate strong leadership skills
• Be enthusiastic, positive, productive and approachable
• Engaging with the community and families
