The company has now outlined an immediate need for an Asset Utilisation Manager, for their Melbourne business, based in the South Eastern Suburbs.

Your New Role
The Asset Utilisation Manager is responsible for a team of Regional Service Managers and deployment teams to ensure high performance delivery of asset related activities and services. You will ideally strive for further improvements across your remit, motivating your team to use best practices and maximising asset performance to achieve greater return on investment.

This position is benchmarked around $200k/$220k + super with flexibility depending on experience level.

Key Responsibilities will Include

• Benchmark performance of assets and talk to key performance metrics in maintenance
• Driving strategic improvement initiatives
• Asset utilisation, Fleet planning and service operations
• Responsible for compliance of plant and equipment in accordance with legislation and asset management policies and procedures
• Supplier management, including maintaining supplier capacity and service level agreement performance.
• Responsibility of repairs and maintenance budget
• Monitoring fleet processes to ensure high standards of quality, efficiency and productivity

About You

• Strong maintenance or Asset Management knowledge
• Demonstrate the ability to influence
• Demonstrated leadership experience with people management skills
• Strong commercial and analytical ability
• High level of competence in analysing data with systems
• Ability to positively influence productivity
