This will include:

• Deliver timely, accurate and effective scoping of works by adhering to the scoping program
• Ensure compliance with Australian Building Codes, policies and contract requirements when assigning work to contractors.
• Identify and resolve compliance issues in collaboration with contractors, issuing necessary notices when required.

About the ideal candidate:

You will have worked in a similar role, and ideally have the following:

• Have a construction/trades background and have inspected residential houses
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Understanding of the Australian Building Codes and Australian Standards
