Contract: 3 - 6 months
Hourly Rate: $45 - $55 p/h plus super
Location: Perth CBD & East Perth
IMMEDIATE start
Duties:
- Clients Insurance renewal & claim management
- Clients Asset Revaluation review, reconciliation, upload and finalisation
- Monthly financial reports and reconciliations associated with non-current assets (sale, disposal, capitalisation etc).
- Liaises with corporate finance to provide invoice creation batches and ensures there are no discrepancies in the trial balance, and follows up with investigations.
- Reviews invoices to ensure proper authorisation for payment and assists proactively in the administration and identification of Capex and Opex and codes.
- Assists in the monitoring of actual performance against the budget.
- Assists in the preparation of budget submissions and position papers for Divisions.
