One of our tier one clients is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Asphalt Supervisor to join our team. Responsibilities:

• Oversee and supervise daily asphalt paving operations, ensuring all work meets quality standards and safety regulations.
• Manage and coordinate crew activities, equipment, and resources.
• Ensure proper material handling and quality control measures are followed.
• Maintain accurate records of daily production, materials used, and equipment status.
• Collaborate with project managers, clients, and other teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues in a timely manner.
• Work day and night shifts
• Ensure all work complies with safety protocols and industry standards.
• Train and mentor crew members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in asphalt paving and road construction.
• Proven experience as a supervisor or foreman in asphalt operations.
• Strong knowledge of asphalt materials, equipment, and best practices.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Commitment to safety and quality standards.
