Key responsibilities will include:

• Assessing and rating service quality under the National Quality Framework.
• Coordinating and undertaking regulatory activities related to assessing applications.
• Providing consistent education and guidance to help regulated parties achieve and maintain compliance with legislative obligations.

To be considered you will be able to demonstrate the following skills and qualities:

• You will be able to navigate complex issues, analyse evidence against standards and communicate effectively with a variety of stakeholders to achieve quality outcomes.
• You will be confident working in a fast-paced environment with rapidly changing priorities.
• A positive can-do attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional service quality, regulation and compliance
