I have several exciting opportunities for outstanding compliance professionals with exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills and a passion for delivering quality outcomes in a fast-paced and changing environment. Your collaborative style, highly developed analytical and risk assessment skills and ability to work under pressure will be amongst your greatest assets!
Key responsibilities will include:
- Undertake, plan and coordinate proactive compliance monitoring activities in accordance with regulatory practices and national quality frameworks.
- Administer and coordinate a caseload of incidents and complaints in accordance with agency policies and procedures.
- Identify, record, gather, and analyse evidence and create, assess and maintain case records.
- Communicate with complainants, services, educators, approved providers, and relevant stakeholders to assess, manage and disseminate information
- Make recommendations to the delegate for proportionate regulatory action when non-compliance is identified through proactive and reactive monitoring activities.
- Meet key performance indicators and targets associated with compliance and monitoring activities.
