Our client is a leading child care provider looking for a passionate and highly experienced Area Manager to oversee multiple childcare centres.

Monitor compliance with state regulations and company policies to ensure that centres are exceeding the National Quality Standards.
Lead recruitment, training and development initiatives for centre managers and staff.
Conduct regular site visits to maintain a visible presence and actively support centre leadership teams.
Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
