About the Role

As the APS6 Strategy Officer, you will be involved in:

• Project Planning & Management: Develop and maintain project plans and schedules in line with the Agency’s project management framework.
• Stakeholder Engagement & Advisory: Provide specialist advice and technical expertise, including workforce development support.
• Research & Analysis: Conduct independent research, analyse project activities, and prepare draft reports.
• Reporting & Documentation: Coordinate project reporting, including status updates, and draft business cases, plans, and executive briefs.
• Budget & Risk Management: Monitor budgets, track expenditure, support procurement and contract management, and assist in risk and issue management.

Essential Criteria

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Australian Citizenship
• Public Sector Experience
