Join our client’s Accessibility & Inclusion branch to support the inclusion and engagement of diverse communities, including First Nations Peoples, people with disabilities, gender-diverse individuals, CALD groups, LGBTIQASB+ communities, and mature-age employees. The division manages data on accessibility and inclusion, offering insights into workplace adjustments, assistive technology, and capability building, among other areas, to drive greater awareness and improve outcomes across the agency’s services and programs.
𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:
• Oversee and improve data collection, quality control, and reporting processes, optimizing efficiency and ensuring integration into the Agency’s Enterprise Data Warehouse.
• Lead data analysis for decision-making, collaborating with external branches to share tools, information, and systems.
• Gather and analyze requirements to develop & enhance reporting systems that address the agency's accessibility needs.
• Analyze complex data sets to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, supporting inclusive reporting strategies.
• Collaborate with accessibility and inclusion teams to test insights and ensure systems are accessible.
• Engage with stakeholders to provide technical support, advice, and strategic planning in alignment with accessibility and inclusion goals.
