OAAI delivers solutions based on industry-leading practices, including workplace adjustments, assistive technology, and capability uplift for line managers. They also oversee inclusion action plans, staff networks, and workplace accessibility initiatives.
Essential Criteria:
- Experience designing and developing learning solutions
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills
- Understanding of Articulate Storyline or other eLearning authoring tools
- Ability to map content requirements for staff learning programs
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop learning solutions that support the Agency’s curriculum
- Develop engaging learning resources using Articulate Storyline or similar eLearning tools
- Analyse learning needs and produce impactful learning experiences
- Create end-to-end learning experiences tailored to different learning styles
- Apply inclusive design principles to support diverse audiences
- Oversee projects from conception to completion
- Build strong stakeholder relationships and identify business goals
- Use industry learning methodologies and adult learning theories to enhance tools, templates, and processes
