Essential Criteria:
- Strong stakeholder management capability
- Excellent written communication skills
- Understanding of diversity, equity, and inclusion principles
- Ability to plan, manage, and execute projects while balancing competing priorities
Desirable Criteria:
- Tertiary HR qualifications
- Experience in HR, particularly within Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert advice and guidance to support positive outcomes for the Agency, OAAI, and staff
- Anticipate challenges and develop solutions to improve workplace inclusion and accessibility
- Work independently or under limited guidance in areas of OAAI expertise
- Support decision-making on complex and sensitive HR matters
- Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive OAAI and Agency objectives
- Contribute to team objectives and prioritise OAAI projects and services
- Assist with strategic planning, program and project management, and policy development
- Develop innovative initiatives and business improvement strategies to enhance workplace inclusion
