Randstad is currently working with the Federal Government Department to find a results driven APS6 Grants manager to join the team in a part time capacity (30 hours per week) on an initial 7 month contract.
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to support the Specialist Training Program (STP), Psychiatry Workforce Program (PWP), and Medical Physicists Support Program (MPSP). The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent written and oral communication skills, the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and strong problem-solving abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
... - Manage program activities for STP, PWP, and MPSP.
- Provide high-level administrative support for evaluation activities.
- Monitor project deadlines and maintain regular correspondence with stakeholders.
- Manage a busy shared inbox, responding to internal and external queries.
- Analyze and resolve complex program-related issues.
- Contribute to business improvement activities and policy design.
- Develop operating procedures and other duties as required.
Required Skills:
- Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a small team.
- Strong program management and stakeholder engagement abilities.
Desired Skills:
Experience in (STP) (PWP) and (MPSP) desired but not essential
