This role sits within the Marketing Communications branch. The branch enhances the agency’s reputation amongst key stakeholders with a focus on participants. They deliver strategic and impactful media, marketing and digital solutions, supported by market research and insights.
This role is only open to Australian Citizens.
About the role:
To support the Digital Delivery team in progressing these projects, the Digital Projects Coordinator will:
- Have experience in digital project management and supporting website development projects in previous roles.
- Have a sound understanding of website functionality and website technical terminology, digital accessibility, current WCAG guidelines, and be a champion for digital inclusion.
- Possess excellent stakeholder management skills to work with internal and external teams and supervise team members performing related roles.
Essential criteria:
- Australian Citizenship
- Experience in digital project management
- Experience with undertaking a wide variety of general, administrative, and reporting tasks as required, including but not limited to project coordination, managing procurement processes, coordinating meeting agendas and minute taking, proof reading, testing and inbox management.
- Government/public sector experience – Work within government and public sector processes.
