This role sits within the Office of Agency Accessibility and Inclusion (OAAI) Branch, where you will provide data-driven insights to improve services, support informed decision-making, and enhance workplace accessibility initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage data and reporting insights for the OAAI Branch, ensuring high-quality reporting.
- Review data collection, quality, and reporting processes across OAAI teams.
- Analyse data to identify trends, patterns, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Contribute to holistic reporting by analysing intersectionality data.
- Test insights and collaborate with OAAI teams to co-design recommendations.
- Engage with other data and reporting functions, sharing information, tools, and systems.
- Convert data into consumable formats for the Agency’s Enterprise Data Warehouse.
- Design, create, and distribute accessible reports and information.
- Develop innovative initiatives and contribute to business improvement strategies.
- Work independently or under limited guidance in areas of OAAI expertise.
Essential Criteria:
- Strong experience in gathering, analysing, and interpreting data requirements.
- Advanced data analysis skills with the ability to identify key insights.
- Proven ability to engage with stakeholders and communicate complex information effectively.
Desirable Criteria:
- Lived experience with disability, contributing to inclusive and informed decision-making.
- Experience in reporting development, testing, and optimisation.
- Knowledge of reporting systems and tools.
