We are seeking a skilled Case Managers to join the team, providing expert support in handling complex matters related to the Administrative Review Tribunal (ART). This role involves high-level stakeholder engagement, case management, and resolution of access decisions in line with the relevant act.
About the Role
As an APS6 Case Manager, you will:
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders, offering technical, policy, and operational advice.
- Conduct end-to-end case management for ART applications, ensuring thorough analysis and resolution strategies.
- Apply alternative dispute resolution methods and advocacy skills while adhering to model litigant principles.
- Prepare case documentation and attend Case Conferences, Conciliations, and Hearings at the ART.
- Assess and respond to priority and risk matters, ensuring participant welfare and Scheme sustainability.
