About the Role

As an APS6 Case Manager, you will:

• Engage with internal and external stakeholders, offering technical, policy, and operational advice.
• Conduct end-to-end case management for ART applications, ensuring thorough analysis and resolution strategies.
• Apply alternative dispute resolution methods and advocacy skills while adhering to model litigant principles.
• Prepare case documentation and attend Case Conferences, Conciliations, and Hearings at the ART.
• Assess and respond to priority and risk matters, ensuring participant welfare and Scheme sustainability.

Essential Criteria

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Australian Citizenship
• Case Management Experience
