Use in-depth knowledge of digital communications and social media to manage social media channels, including moderation and responding to queries, questions, and emerging issues.
Work with internal subject matter experts to maintain campaign websites and adjust, update, create, or archive content as required.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of communication and campaign activities through data gathering, complex analysis, and measurement against specified communication and behavioural objectives.
Ideal candidate:
Work under limited direction to implement and evaluate behavioural change campaigns, communications, marketing or public relations programs.
Work supportively and cooperatively with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples to achieve shared outcomes
maintain an in-depth knowledge of aviation safety related issues and developments, including the way we perform our functions, exercise our power, and engage with the aviation community.
Desirable attributes
Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline and/or industry experience in communications, marketing campaigns, and public relations.
