About the Role
As an APS6 Business Analyst - Performance & Reporting:
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Produce reports, interpret data, and analyse results using standard statistical techniques to track performance and improvement outcomes.
- Business & Process Development: Develop business functional requirements, governance frameworks, and compliance processes aligned with contractual, legislative, and policy environments.
- Stakeholder & Performance Insights: Translate business metrics into meaningful insights for internal stakeholders to optimise efficiency, improvement, and customer experience.
- Workshops & Communication: Design and deliver workshops, consultation resources, and communication strategies to support complex systems and business information sharing.
- Risk & Compliance Management: Implement audit and risk processes, maintain controls, and support case management system data quality monitoring and reporting.
Essential Criteria
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Australian Citizenship
- Government/public sector experience – Work within government and public sector processes.
