Duration: 12 Months Initial Contract (with extension option)
Salary: $55.24 per hour + 11.5 % Superannuation

Key Responsibilities may include:
- Manage, resolve, and respond to employee issues and enquiries in alignment with the organisations Enterprise Agreement (EA), work practices, and relevant legislation.
- Provide advice and support on a range of People & Culture (P&C) functions, including performance, systems, and processes.
- Assist in the development of learning materials, including guides, information sheets, and other supporting resources.
- Provide regular updates and reports on various P&C measures, activities, and processes.
- Support the management of P&C processes, such as recruitment, conformance, and advice.

These are full-time positions, Monday to Friday, 7.5 hours per day with a 30-minute break. Hybrid working arrangements are available.
