Job Title: APS5 Administrative Support Officer
Job Description:
We are seeking a Labour Hire professional to update and review our Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). We are particularly interested in candidates with a background or interest in facilities management, Business Continuity, or Emergency Management, as well as experience in SOP development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and update Standard Operating Procedures for the Emergency Control Organisation (ECO) and Facilities.
- Ensure the safety of visitors and staff through effective SOPs.
- Conduct quality assurance checks and risk assessments.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to gather necessary information.
- Analyse and report on customer feedback to enhance service quality.
- Work independently or under limited direction to achieve project goals.
Qualifications:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Experience in developing and implementing SOPs.
- Ability to work independently and in collaboration with teams.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on customer service.
- Ability to perform at an APS5 level.
Deliverables:
- Develop a programme of works to review and update SOPs for ECO and Facilities, with agreed timeframes to be established upon contract commencement.
- Initially engage with teams to gather information and better understand the timeframes for completing works.
