- $44 per hour + super
- Full time position - 37.5 hours per week; Monday to Friday

Role requirements:
Claim Support Officers collaborate and liaise with a wide range of internal stakeholders to gather and provide information to support the assessment of claims.
... - Provide friendly, helpful customer service over the phone and/or email.
- Assist with the intake of claims using the records management systems. Create files for new clients and update existing client records.
- Contact clients and/or their representatives in writing to clarify or gather additional relevant information and inform them of the progress of claims.
- Claims assessment - make an initial assessment of client eligibility for compensation and benefits.
- Receive and forward Client Claims to the appropriate work areas.
About you:
- Effective time management skills and highly organised.
- Good attention to detail.
- Honed communication skills. Strong written and verbal communication style.
- Ability to quickly adapt and follow new processes and procedures.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills. Collaborate well with colleagues and other teams across the organisation to verify and share information.
