Your New Role:

In your role as the Customer Service Representative, you will report to a supportive Manager and collaborate with a friendly and diverse team, with a primary focus on product and store education, guidance and providing a 5 star customer experience.

Your Main Duties:

Telephone and email enquiries
Handling customer escalations
Providing store and product information to customers
Adhoc administration
Assisting with order ETA’s

About You:

Experience in a similar Customer Service role
Must hold Citizenship or a permanent visa
Excellent communication skills and phone manner
Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
