We are seeking an experienced Application Packaging Specialist for a fantastic opportunity with our client. This role focuses on application and driver packaging, troubleshooting, and collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure smooth IT operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Package applications and drivers for distribution via Software Center or Intune.
- Audit and manage application versions and drivers.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware/software package issues.
- Work closely with end-users, vendors, and internal teams.
Skills and Experience
Essential:
- 3+ years' experience with SCCM.
- 2+ years' experience with Azure Active Directory and Intune.
- Proficiency in PowerShell scripting.
- Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to solving IT challenges.
Desirable:
- Experience with Airlock or similar whitelisting tools.
- Mobile device management in Intune.
- Knowledge of Linux.
