We are seeking an experienced Application Packager to join our client’s team for a Windows 11 project, 6 month contract. This is a critical role focused on developing the Standard Operating Environment (SOE) and performing application packaging and deployment tasks. You will be working with a range of modern deployment tools and will be responsible for ensuring seamless integration of applications into the Windows 11 environment. Key Responsibilities:
... - Develop and deploy the SOE for a Windows 11 project.
- Package and deploy applications using Intune, SCCM, Powershell, and Batch scripting.
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure smooth deployment and integration of applications.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing any technical issues and troubleshooting deployment challenges.
- Work closely with end users and technical teams to ensure successful rollout.
- Document packaging and deployment processes for future reference.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any post-deployment issues, ensuring minimal downtime.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Proven experience in Application Packaging for Windows environments, specifically Windows 11.
- Strong background in SOE development and deployment.
- Expertise in Intune, SCCM, Powershell, and Batch scripting.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to troubleshooting.
- Strong customer service skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and resolve issues.
- A detail-oriented approach, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working with modern deployment tools and methodologies.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Familiarity with Windows 10/11 application compatibility and performance tuning.
