Key Responsibilities:
- Package and distribute applications and drivers via Software Center or Intune
- Audit and maintain application versions in Software Center and manage drivers
- Collaborate with teams to troubleshoot and resolve software package and hardware-related issues
- Communicate effectively with users and external suppliers/vendors
Required Skills and Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of experience with SCCM
- At least 2 years of experience with Azure Active Directory and Intune
- Proficiency in PowerShell scripting
- Proven problem-solving skills in SCCM with a proactive, solution-driven mindset
- Strong communication skills, capable of clearly articulating technical issues to a diverse user base
Preferred Skills (Optional):
- Experience with Airlock or other whitelisting applications
- Familiarity with mobile device management in Intune
- Basic knowledge of Linux
