• Provide leadership and direction to the team and Suppliers to ensure the delivery of outcomes are in line with contract compliance, government objectives and legislative requirements.
• Coordinate and oversee the design, development, and delivery of project and program initiatives
• Prepare high quality, evidence-based advice and provide specialist input to support consistent high-quality design and implementation of value-based healthcare projects and decision-making.
• Proactively identify program risks and issues and lead discussions with key stakeholders as to their appropriate management to ensure consistent and quality outcomes are achieved in a timely manner
• Liaise, consult and develop partnerships with key internal and external stakeholders
• Prepare timely and accurate, reports, presentations and other documentation related to program initiatives

Successful Candidate Attributes

• Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of medical terminology used to deliver patient-centred activities would be highly regarded.
• Demonstrated knowledge and experience with database utilisation and patient management systems.
• Experience, skills and knowledge of government financial and administrative processes, with a proven ability to actively participate in business improvement initiatives that deliver more efficient work practices.
• Demonstrated the ability to successfully manage a range of activities and projects with conflicting timeframes.
