• System Implementation & Maintenance: Manage the Aurion payroll system, including system administration, upgrades, and enhancements. Ensure documentation and work instructions are up-to-date and comprehensive.
• Process Optimization: Collaborate with the Payroll team and key stakeholders to develop practical and innovative solutions that enhance processes and add value. Focus on automating processes and expanding self-service options.
• Reporting & Analysis: Generate regular and ad-hoc reports using tools like Power BI and Aurion Query Tool. Provide supporting analysis and advice to inform business decisions.
• Establishment Maintenance: Maintain the Aurion establishment in collaboration with various business areas, ensuring accurate and efficient payroll operations.
• Payroll Operations: Undertake essential tasks related to payroll processing, including pay run processing, quarterly reporting, and year-end activities.
• Training & Development: Develop and deliver training sessions to enhance the effective use and operation of payroll systems for team members and stakeholders.
• Project Participation: Contribute to payroll system and process-related projects, ensuring successful implementation of new functionalities and compliance with business and legislative requirements.

About You:

• Experience in payroll system administration and process improvement, preferably with Aurion.
