Key Responsibilities

About You

• A strong understanding of the agricultural sector and the challenges faced by farmers and agribusinesses.
• Exceptional relationship-building skills with the ability to develop trust and loyalty.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial concepts in an easily understandable way.
• Strong analytical skills and experience in assessing financial risk.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven with a passion for providing excellent customer service.
• A relevant qualification in finance, business, or a related field is preferred.
