Randstad Hobart is currently seeking experienced Agitator Drivers to join our growing team. This role offers long-term opportunities for the right candidates, working on a variety of construction and infrastructure projects across Hobart and surrounding areas.

We are looking for reliable and professional drivers with a strong work ethic and a proven track record in operating Agitator trucks or Heavy Rigid (HR) vehicles.

Requirements:

• A current HR (Heavy Rigid) or higher driver’s license
• A valid White Card
• Proven experience in operating Agitator trucks or HR vehicles
• A strong understanding of safety procedures and a commitment to following them
• Good communication skills and professionalism with clients and team members
• The ability to keep your truck and work area clean and well-maintained
• A strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive attitude
• The ability to pass a pre-employment physical assessment, drug, and alcohol screening

Desirable but Not Essential:

• Previous experience in the concrete or construction industry
• Experience with pre-start checks and minor maintenance of trucks
• Good understanding of Hobart and surrounding areas for deliveries
