We have an exciting opportunity for a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join the team for a not-for-profit aged care facility. You will be responsible for playing an integral role within a multidisciplinary team to provide high quality care to residents by ensuring you participate in personal tailored care planning, assessments and evaluations, whilst becoming the key contract between residents, healthcare professionals and their families.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing is essential with current AHPRA registration
- Minimum 1 years’ experience working within aged care is desirable
- Visa sponsorship: 482 visa considered for suitable candidates
- Must have National Police Certificate (or ability to obtain)
- Relevant vaccination and immunisations
- Full Australian Driver’s Licence
