Our client is an Australian company specialising in asset management, maintenance, and infrastructure management. They focus on managing large-scale service delivery projects to support infrastructure needs across various sectors.
Your New Role:
Working across a wider team of professionals and reporting to the Senior RTO Operations Coordinator, who is known for their positive, versatile and supportive management style.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Process student enrolment applications and support students in engaging with RTO systems and processes.
- Assist with various RTO administration tasks, including scheduling and document version management.
- Maintain, organise, print, and post training materials for courses.
- Ensure proper archiving processes and download online quizzes of completed assessments.
- Store scanned documentation from current and past training sessions.
- Respond to inquiries from staff, clients, and new clients in a professional and polite manner.
- Assist the team with training completion and issuance of certificates.
- Support scheduling and program input via our SMS/LMS (eSkilled).

About you:
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience working collaboratively with a range of internal and external stakeholders.
- Advanced computer skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Hold a valid Australian Driver’s License.
Highly Desirable Experience:
- Previous experience in a coordinator role or within the Vocational Education and Training (VET) sector.
- Certificate IV in Business Administration or Workplace Training and Assessment (or equivalent).
- Experience in course scheduling and conducting enrolment sessions.
- Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and/or other databases.
